JNI uses AI-assisted research and production tools to organize, summarize, and format source material. Final editorial judgment, source review, and publication decisions remain human-reviewed.

Source Discipline

Every factual claim should be tied to a source. Claims are tagged as confirmed, reported, or inferred. 990 data must include the filing year and should be refreshed before paid publication.

AI Workflow

Codex helps maintain data, templates, charts, and production files. NotebookLM helps produce source-grounded audio and synthesis from weekly packets. Neither tool replaces editorial review.

Corrections

Corrections should be logged visibly and updated in the relevant issue or report. Material changes should include a short note explaining what changed.
